Sounds Healer operates under California Business and Professions Code Section 2053.6, which permits the provision of complementary and alternative health care services.
I am a certified sound practitioner. I am not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, or healthcare provider, and I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
The services provided are non-medical and non-psychological in nature. Sessions are designed to support relaxation, self-awareness, and personal well-being by creating a calm and intentional sound environment using instruments, frequencies, and vibration.
Under California law, complementary and alternative health care services may be offered as long as no medical claims are made and no licensed medical services are implied. Clients are encouraged to consult with a licensed healthcare professional for medical or mental health concerns.
